Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Director of Curriculum and Instruction, the Elementary ELA/Literacy TOSA provides instructional support to strengthen literacy instruction and improve student outcomes. This role focuses on aligning practices with the Science of Reading, supporting the implementation of structured literacy, and building teacher capacity through coaching, collaboration, and professional learning. The TOSA will ensure instruction is aligned with district and state standards while promoting research-based strategies that support reading and writing development for all students.
