DEFINITION Under general supervision of the Director of Risk Management & Insurance, facilitates and coordinates the implementation of the District’s Employee Well-Being Program. This position is funded by Blue Shield of California and administered through the District’s Benefits Management Board.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills (communication, problem solving, conflict management, collaboration)
• Strong organizational skills

Requirements / Qualifications
This position will begin on July 1, 2025. This position is open to both Certificated and Classified In-District permanent employees. Substitutes are not eligible. The assignment is in addition to an employee's regular duties and the anticipated commitment is approximately 5 hours per week. Employees must have passed any probationary period in their current permanent position before being eligible to apply.
