Job Summary
Perform a variety of complex technical and specialized functions and services related to managing the various aspects of risk management; manage and coordinate efforts in the areas of Workers’ Compensation, property and liability claims, Return-to-Work programs, employee benefits and wellness programs, and other related programs; provide risk management assistance and research to schools and departments; train, supervise, support, and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel and provide administrative support to the Fiscal Services department.

Located in east San Diego County. The district is 66.3 square miles in size, and serves elementary students in grades K-8 feeding into the Grossmont Union High School District. The district has approximately 16,600 students, plus approximately 800 preschool students, with 26 schools (5 middle schools, 19 elementary schools, 1 preschool and 1 high school). The District is largely urban in nature with some rural areas. Regardless of what our employees’ needs are, we meet them with the personalized attention only a caring school district can provide.
