Job Summary

The Curriculum & Data Strategy Manager will work closely with the Director of Education Services to review curriculum, curricula usage and to create and analyze data metrics to be used to improve student achievement. We are looking for an experienced educator with strong curricula knowledge across primary and secondary grade levels. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data analytics, particularly with schools. This is a full-time position Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. Some travel may be required in the greater Sacramento area.

Requirements / Qualifications

Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Data Analytics or a related field 5+ years of experience in educational leadership, curriculum development or academic data analysis Possession of a valid California teaching credential

Letter of Introduction Resume Letters of Recommendation (3) Transcripts (unofficial acceptable) TB clearance

The Manager of Curriculum and Data Strategy will oversee curriculum management, data collection, analysis and academic student learning plans. Under the direction of the Director of Education Services, this role will oversee staff and collaborate with school leadership to align instructional goals with data-driven decision making, ensuring that academic programs are effective, equitable, and fiscally sound. The Manager of Curriculum and Data Strategy shall collaborate with the Director of Education Services and Pacific Charter Institute’s leadership to build strong and cohesive schools based on Pacific Charter Institute’s mission, vision, and core values. This has the opportunity to be a hybrid position and may require travel within the greater Sacramento region. Pacific Charter Institute offers a unique instructional model supporting learning models that include homeschool, independent study, and classroom-based programs for students across 16 counties through Heritage Peak Charter School, Rio Valley Charter School, Valley View Charter Prep, Sutter Peak Charter Academy, and New Pacific Charter.
