Job Summary

The School Supports & Accountability Manager will work with school leadership and manage all accountability reporting to state and local authorizers. We are looking for an experienced educator with an attention to detail who has strength in meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate will have good foundational knowledge of LCAPs, WASC and SARCs. This is a full-time position Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. Some travel may be required in the greater Sacramento area.

Possession of a valid California teaching credential Possession of a California credential authorizing supervision or administration preferred Three years of administrative experience or equivalent work experience

Letter of Introduction Resume Letters of Recommendation (3) Transcripts (unofficial acceptable) TB clearance

The Manager of School Supports and Accountability shall collaborate with the Director of Education Services and Pacific Charter Institute’s leadership to build strong and cohesive schools based on Pacific Charter Institute’s mission, vision, and core values. The Manager will support the schools of PCI with adherence to state and authorizer requirements. The Manager will ensure all deliverables are accounted for and submitted within the guidelines and expectations stated. This has the opportunity to be a hybrid position and may require travel within the greater Sacramento region. Pacific Charter Institute offers a unique instructional model supporting learning models that include homeschool, independent study, and classroom based programs for students across 16 counties through Heritage Peak Charter School, Rio Valley Charter School, Valley View Charter Prep, Sutter Peak Charter Academy, and New Pacific Charter. PCI offers full time employees a generous benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision and STRS for certificated staff. A 401k plan is available for ALL STAFF (including part-time) with an employer contribution. Serving the community since 2005, PCI continues to grow and meet the needs of today’s students.
