Job Summary
The job of Supervisor - Custodial Trades is done for the purpose/s of evaluating building custodial maintenance; ensuring availability of required equipment; ensuring assignments are completed in a safe, proper and timely manner; and supervising assigned Workers who provide a safe, clean and attractive facility for students, staff and the public; acts as Civic Center Coordinator, Pest Management Program Manager and oversees budget for replacement furniture.
Requirements / Qualifications
Three years of recent responsible experience in the custodial field, including at least one year at a supervisory or lead level is required; training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to accomplish the duties listed; a broad range of experience in a public school setting is preferred. High school and year-round experience are desirable. Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; AA or higher degree is desirable. Certificates and Licenses: Valid Driver’s License & Evidence of Insurability THREE LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION RESUME COMPLETED EJOIN APPLICATION - INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
