- Education Specialist Instruction Credential - Mild/Moderate (MUST ALSO HAVE ADAPTED PHYSICAL EDUCATION ADDED AUTHORIZATION) OR Education Specialist Instruction Credential - Moderate/Severe (MUST ALSO HAVE ADAPTED PHYSICAL EDUCATION ADDED AUTHORIZATION)
OR Single Subject Teaching Credential - Physical Education (MUST ALSO HAVE ADAPTED PHYSICAL EDUCATION ADDED AUTHORIZATION)
