Requirements / Qualifications
*Immunization records for Tdap, Measles and Pertussis will be required upon new hire appointment* *Only those applicants who pass paper screening will be contacted and invited to the testing. You will be notified via Email if you are invited to test. It is mandatory to attend and pass the exam to be considered for an interview.*
