Requirements / Qualifications
Possession of a valid active California Registered Nurse License. A valid California Health and Development Credential authorizing service as a school nurse, a Service Credential with specialization in health authorizing service as a nurse, or a School Nurse Services Credential must be in force and on file in the Office of Tulare County Office of Education OR an eligible Preliminary Credential Possession of and ability to maintain a valid California Driver’s License and valid auto insurance. A valid active Health Care Provider CPR card issued by an approved program. Annual Bloodborne Pathogen training (new employees must complete prior to employment). Submit, at applicant's own expense, his/her DMV motor vehicle driving record at the time of appointment. Mileage reimbursements are available for employees required to drive a personal vehicle.
