Fallbrook Union Elementary School District is actively seeking qualified candidates for the position of Principal. FUESD is seeking outstanding instructional leaders who are ready to contribute to our dynamic and transformative leadership team. Leaders must meet the following requirements: -Demonstrate a personal leadership style grounded in high expectations, a deep belief in the potential of all students and staff, and the ability to inspire and empower others to reach their highest potential. - A strong background in research-based instructional practice to lead schoolwide student achievement. - Knowledge of and experience in special education are preferred, including a comprehensive understanding of various intervention plans, 504 plans, and special education services. - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. - A demonstrated ability to cultivate and sustain supportive relationships with students, families, and staff to build a positive school climate through clear communication, cultural responsiveness, and a commitment to inclusive practices. - Candidates must have a minimum of five years of successful classroom teaching experience and at least three years of successful administrative leadership experience.
