BCOE is simultaneously recruiting for the Mental Health Clinician I and Mental Health Clinician II position. The recruitment for the Mental Health Clinician I and Mental Health Clinician II will be merged for interview and hiring purposes. The successful candidate may be hired from either level.

Salary Schedule 17C, $43.52 - $55.55 per hour. Effective July 1, 2025 $44.83 - $57.22 per hour. Annual stipend pay: Master’s $750 or Doctorate $1,250 (Prorated the first year)
Length of Work Year
7 hours per day/Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 3:30 pm/11 months/215 days annually (Prorated upon hire)
