Salary Schedule 05 • Entry Level: Range 10, $20.29 - $30.00 per hour • Level 1: Range 12, $21.34 - $31.53 per hour • Level 2: Range 18, $24.74 - $36.54 per hour • Level 3: Range 31, $34.11 - $50.40 per hour

This position qualifies for CalPERS retirement. The employee contribution rate for CalPERS is either 7% or 8% of monthly earnings depending on the membership date. This position also contributes to Social Security. The contribution rate for Social Security is 6.2% of monthly earnings.

  • NCLB Compliance (Proof of 48 semester units from an accredited college or university; or 2) Associate’s degree or higher; or 3) CBEST (Plus passage of CODESP Instructional Component); or 4) Passage of a Butte County Office of Education approved comprehensive Local Assessment Test (CODESP); or 5) Passage of another district approved Local Assessment Test OR • Proof of appropriate Braille Certification per the job description)
  • Proof of HS Graduation (Proof of High School diploma or equivalent )
