Come join us for Rescue Union School District's Extended School Year Summer School Program as a Food Service Worker! We are currently hiring two 4.75 hour/day Food Service Workers at Lake Forest Elementary School. The scheduled work days are from June 2, 2025 through June 27, 2025. This includes 19 working days and 1 paid holiday for a total of 20 paid days. Please note that there will be no school on June 19, 2025 in observance of Juneteenth. As a Food Service Worker, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside our dedicated Food Service team who are committed to ensuring that every student has access to nutritious and tasty meals. You'll get to assist with food preparation and serving, all while maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchens. Requirements / Qualifications

Employment is contingent on DOJ and FBI clearance, TB assessment clearance, and a pre-employment strength and flexibility evaluation with Schools Insurance Authority. A Serv-Safe Certificate is required while employed. The Food Service Department will provide the training required to obtain the certificate. A valid CA driver's license is also required as the employee may drive a food service vehicle.
