Job Summary
Under the direction of the assigned Principal, perform administrative and clerical tasks in support of school and department programs, services and activities; answer phones; maintain files; assist students, parents, staff and visitors.
Requirements / Qualifications
School Sites: Selma High School - 7:30 a.m. - 1:15 p.m. Selma High School - 10:15 a.m. - 4 p.m. The screening of applicants will occur on Friday, May 2, 2025, with interviews scheduled for Friday, May 9, 2025. Qualifications: Education and Experience: • Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school and one year of general clerical experience. Knowledge of: • Modern office practices, procedures and equipment. • Telephone techniques and etiquette. • Basic record-keeping and filing techniques. • Correct English usage, grammar, spelling, punctuation and vocabulary. • Operation of a computer and assigned software. • Oral and written communication skills. • Interpersonal skills using tact, patience and courtesy. ** Please attach a resume or summary of experience, a typing certificate, and three (3) letters of recommendation.
