Requirements / Qualifications
Initial Credential Issued Prior to 1/1/2022 • Single Subject Credential in PE Initial Credential Issued After 1/1/2022 • Single Subject Credential in Dance
Please fill out the application online and attach your cover letter/letter of interest, resume, three current letters of recommendation (within the past year), copy of your teaching credential with CTC description showing the above required Credentials with Authorizations, copies of transcripts (graduate and undergraduate), CSET scores and a copy of your final student teaching evaluation if you just completed it.
