Job Summary

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Deputy Superintendent of Educational Services and the Director of Integrated Student Supports, the EUSD District Community Schools Coordinator will develop, coordinate, and implement the Community Schools model in EUSD. In addition to all aspects of CCSPP grant management, the coordinator will be responsible for training district and site administrators, Community Schools funded and linked staff, and community partners in the framework, best practices strategies, and overarching values of Community Schools. The Coordinator will also be responsible for working collaboratively with education partners at the district level to integrate the Community Schools Initiative with other district-wide and school-based programs, services, and systems. Interviews are tentatively scheduled for late May.

Requirements / Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: Five years of professional experience performing similar functions and duties, preferably in a school or district setting. Previous management, administrative, or supervisory experience is preferred. Trained in restorative practices, preferred or willingness to complete training. Experience in public speaking and providing training to adults. Experience working with Title 1 schools preferred Experience with grant writing and grant applications preferred. Networking ability. Administrative Services credential preferred Required Attachments 1) Letter of Intent/Introduction 2) Resume 3) Three letters of recommendation, with one being from a current supervisor 4) Transcripts 5) CTC screenshot of a valid California credential
