Christ Lutheran School is looking for a middle school English Language Arts teacher who will also serve as a middle school homeroom teacher. The position is for the 25/26 academic year and will begin on August 5th. Christ Lutheran Church and School is an organization that strives to achieve its mission each day. This teacher will provide large and small group instruction in English Language Arts for all middle school students in grades 6 - 8, covering reading, writing, and other English content areas. Other academic areas this position will be responsible for teaching include history and discipleship. The teacher will develop classroom lesson plans; maintain standard student behavior; maintain suitable class control and provide an orderly learning environment; maintain a friendly disposition; and perform other related duties as assigned by the school principal.
