Requirements / Qualifications

Please send a letter of intent to hr@ocesd.net College or university education equivalent to an A.A. degree and five years of experience in general maintenance trades is required, or equivalent combination of education and experience; three years of supervisory experience is required. California Driver's License California Department of Motor Vehicles printout of the employee's driving record Asbestos Certification First Aid/CPR Certificates must be acquired during the employee's probationary period Possesses certificates for AHERA approved courses in: Building Inspector, Management Planner, Abatement Supervisor, and Project Designer, and the annual maintenance of those certifications Possesses E.P.A. certified Radon Measurement Proficiency Program certificate Possesses an E.P.A. approved certificate as a refrigeration technician in compliance with 40 CFR part 82, subpart F
