Applicant must possess a Career Technical Education Credential in the area of Hospitality, Tourism, and Recreation, or qualify for one with 5 years of experience in the area of food and beverage services, preparation and production, and a high school diploma. This competency-based course prepares students for entry-level positions common to the culinary arts industry such as cook, server, host and cashier. Classroom instruction and practical experience will include safety and sanitation, food preparation, menu planning, service operations, teamwork, and use of kitchen tools and equipment. This position is for the 2025-26 school year and is located on the campus of Cedar Middle School. The position is 5 days per week, 6.5 hours per day.
