Preferred Qualifications: Candidates should be experienced in the sport, have verifiable experience coaching and working with student-athletes at the high school level. Must be willing and able to work with our CMI staff, student-athletes, parents, administration, and CMI ASB. Must have basic knowledge of the following: 1. Character-building aspects of sports, including techniques and methods teaching and reinforcing the core values comprising sportsmanship and good character; 2. Knowledge of physical capacities and limitation of the age group coached; 3. Coaching principles related to educational philosophy, adolescent psychology, nutrition, risk management and the rules and strategies of the sport. ****DO NOT ATTACH ANY DOCUMENT OR IDENTIFICATION THAT DISPLAYS A PHOTO OF YOU AND/OR INDICATES YOUR AGE.
