Under the direction of the Director of Payroll, the Human Resources Payroll Associate is responsible for supporting payroll processing and human resources functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role includes processing payroll entries, managing employee absences, maintaining employment agreements, and assisting employees with payroll and HR-related inquiries. The Payroll Associate will also handle W-2 updates, create and update work calendars, and support HR functions such as onboarding and compliance tracking. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and confidentiality while working in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
