Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum/other Requirements: (Please see job description for full details) * Masters in Social Work, Counseling or related discipline * Valid California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential w/ authorization in School Social Work. * LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) preferred * Minimum three (3) years of successful experience performing pupil personnel services, social work, teaching, and/or related functions in a school setting * Possession of a valid California Driver's License and insurability by the District's liability insurance carrier * Bilingual Spanish/English preferred Required Documents: (must be attached to your EDJOIN application – pdf format works best):
The three (3) recent letters of recommendation with at least one (1) from a supervisor who evaluated you must be dated within the last 12 months. Effective January 1, 2025, all applicants for certificated positions must provide a complete and accurate record of prior employment with all educational institutions, regardless of the length of service. This includes school districts, county offices of education, charter schools, and state special schools. This information is required to comply with Assembly Bill 2534 (AB 2534).?
