Fundamental Responsibilities:
Oversees the daily operations of Agape College of Business & Science
Ensure the implementation of withdrawals, leave of absence and SAP policy, communication with other departments i.e., Student Services & Financial Aid
Directing and coordinating admissions.
Represent the educational institution and serve on any committees that are appropriate for advancement of the school or student.
Provide leadership for and coordination of all academic programs offered by the college, including strategic planning, resource allocation, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
Monitor occupations and industries as to “in-demand” and “growth” occupations
Responsible for advising the Associate Dean of Schools and appropriate personnel on school operational and academic matters, as well as developing recommendations for the long-range educational direction of the school system.
Responsible for the ACBS Academic Programs and Evaluating Faculty and Staff
Develop, implement, and evaluate appropriate processes and procedures for admission, registration, progression, withdrawal, and advising of all students.
Oversee Guidance Counselor and Admissions Officer
Ensure adequate student enrollment, positive representation of the College, and accurate representation of all policies and procedures.
Maintains contact with business and/or high school community.
Maintain contact as necessary with student service organizations.
Embodies spirit of the Institute’s mission and vision in daily activities.
Develops collaborative relationship with campus employees and management.
Is involved in the College’s planning and growth by serving on special task forces, and other developmental committees.
Provides constructive input to assist the College in decision making and growth.
Implements and supports policy and procedural changes.
Maintains a professional image, attitude, and work area.
Works effectively with other campus officers.
Attends all campus student orientations and graduations.
Attends and assists in the organization and implementation of campus and recruitment activities such as open houses and informational events.
Participates in campus meetings and in-services.
Participate in Institute’s retention programs.
Track all student paperwork to ensure that each student file is complete.
Occasionally represent school at various open houses or weekend events.
Performs other duties that Chief Executive Officer deems necessary and appropriate as assigned.
