Job Summary

HUSD is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and support students in both special education and general education settings. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), supervising staff who assist in behavior support, and supporting the district-wide implementation of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS). The ideal candidate is passionate about fostering student success through evidence-based behavior practices and collaboration with educators, students, and families.

Requirements / Qualifications

Letter of Intent Current Resume Three Current Letters of Recommendation Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (Required). Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
