Requirements / Qualifications
Certificates: Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license Director of Staff Development (DSD) Certification Experience: One year full-time experience in a long-term care facility.
Nurse Assistant (CNA) Teacher at Grossmont Health Occupations Center Applicants must possess a valid teaching credential or be able to obtain one. Also, the California Department of Health requires that CNA teachers complete the Director of Staff Development (DSD) training, and have a minimum of one year full-time experience in a long term care facility.
