Under the direct supervision of the Middle School Principal, the School Business Manager performs a wide array of specialized technical, secretarial, bookkeeping, and administrative support duties typical for a small educational institution. Coordinates and performs administrative projects and support activities for the office and related school functions. This position respects Catholic values and aids students in Christian formation by exemplifying Catholic living. The School Business Manager is accountable to the Principal and implements the school mission and philosophy, to follow the policies of the Diocese of Santa Rosa handbooks, Code of Conduct, the staff and parent handbooks of St. Eugene’s Cathedral School, and adhere to the directives set by school administration. TITLE: School Business Manager REPORTS TO: Middle School Principal CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time, Non-Exempt SUPERVISORY DUTIES: None SALARY: $28 - $31 per hour DOQ BENEFITS: Medical, dental, vision insurance, employer paid Life and AD&D insurance, voluntary Life and AD&D insurance with no medical exam, paid sick leave, paid vacation accrual, holidays, paid bereavement leave, 403b options, and 401a defined 5.5% employer contribution after 12 months of eligible service.
