Under the direction of the Director of Business Operations, the Technology Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support for instructional and administrative technology at Irvine International Academy (IIA). This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining network systems, and assisting staff and students in a dual-language learning environment.

Possession or, or be enrolled in training to obtain, a current first aid and CPR certificate.

Comments and Other Information
Education: Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school and college level coursework in computer science or a related field. Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is preferred.
Experience: 2 years of experience in the information technology field, preferably in an educational setting.
