EXAMPLES OF DUTIES: Under the general direction of the assigned administrator/supervisor, the Child Welfare and Attendance Liaison confers with students, parents, staff, and community agencies regarding problems or concerns related to student attendance and welfare through home visits, parent conferences, and meetings.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent, three (3) years of successful experience in a public school setting (including working with students, parents, school staff, and community agencies) preferred, and Spanish speaking preferred. LICENSES/OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Must possess a valid California Driver’s License during the course of employment; must be insurable at standard rates and maintain such insurability during the course of employment.
