We are expanding our services to include before-school, after-school, and intersession programs under ASES (After School Education and Safety) and ELOP (Expanded Learning Opportunities Program) funding.

Position Overview: We seek an experienced Consultant to provide strategic guidance on setting up and managing after-school, before-school, and intersession programs within ASES and ELOP guidelines. This role will focus on advising IntelliBricks leadership on best practices for program design, budgeting, staffing/pay structure, and navigating RFP (Request for Proposal) processes for school district contracts. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Advisory & Program Guidance: * Provide expert advice on structuring before-school, after-school, and intersession programs in compliance with ASES and ELOP requirements. * Offer recommendations on program content, ensuring alignment with state-mandated expanded learning goals. * Advise on best practices for student engagement, academic enrichment, and compliance reporting. Personnel & Staffing Guidance: * Recommend staffing models, pay scales, and hiring strategies for program instructors and support staff. * Provide insights into compliance requirements for personnel under ASES/ELOP programs. * Offer guidance on instructor training needs and student-to-staff ratios. RFP & Grant Compliance Advisory: * Guide IntelliBricks through the RFP (Request for Proposal) process for ASES/ELOP- funded contracts with school districts. * Offer insights on writing competitive proposals and responding to district solicitations. * Advise on state and district-level compliance requirements, reporting expectations, and evaluation metrics. Compensation & Commitment: * Part-time, contract-based position with flexible hours. * Estimated time commitment: 15-20 hours per month, depending on RFP cycles and program needs.

* Extensive experience in ASES and/or ELOP program administration or consulting. * Strong understanding of California Department of Education (CDE) guidelines for expanded learning programs. * Expertise in RFP and grant processes related to ASES/ELOP funding. * Prior experience collaborating with school districts, community organizations, or educational agencies preferred. * Strong analytical and communication skills to provide clear, actionable recommendations.
