Job Summary
Under the direction of the Associate Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction, the Director, Leadership Support Services is responsible for the planning, organization, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of services and programs that support current and aspiring educational leaders. This includes oversight of the Clear Administrative Services Credential (CASC) Program or the Preliminary Administrative Services Credential (PASC) Program.
Requirements / Qualifications
Five years successful site experience and/or LEA administrator experience. Significant experience creating and leading professional development; engaging skills and excellent communication and group facilitation skills. Administrative experience in at least two contexts (school site, district office, county office) degree required. Doctorate desired.
