Under the direction and supervision of the Principal, the Teacher will plan and carry out an effective educational program that will maximize learning for all students and contribute to their development into confident, competent and creative learners.

Requirements / Qualifications

-Possess a Valid California Multiple and/or Single Subject Teaching Credential -CLAD/BCLAD/CTEL or equivalent, including EL Authorization -Ability to assess, prescribe, instruct, and evaluate the learning needs of individual students -Experience in analyzing achievement data by studying, evaluating, and modifying current instructional practice to accelerate students’ academic achievement -Knowledge of and experience with a variety of assessment tools and techniques -Knowledge of or experience with AVID methodologies (preferred)

MATERIALS -Letter of Introduction -Resume -Two (2) Letters of Recommendation -CPR and First Aid certification highly desirable. -Unofficial copy of your transcripts showing degree(s) awarded - CLAD certificate (if not embedded in credential) - EL Authorization All of the above documentation must be scanned and attached with your online application.
