Job Summary

Quest Academy offers students in Alameda County a dynamic alternative to traditional classroom instruction through a standards-based daily and independent study program. Grounded in a collaborative agreement between the school community, administration, teacher, student, and parent/guardian, this instructional model supports personalized learning and flexibility. This position embraces a blended approach, combining independent study with cross-classroom teaching. We value innovation, teacher voice, and a collaborative school culture. Educators at Quest Academy actively contribute to school-wide initiatives and are encouraged to bring fresh ideas to support student success. Our commitment to restorative practices, MTSS, and PBIS fosters a positive, inclusive environment where relationships and community are central to the learning experience. Requirements / Qualifications

Valid clear California Teaching Credential (required) CTE credential required or willing to obtain CTE Will teach ELA/SS/Math/Science/CTE CPR and First Aid certificate (required) Valid California driver’s license, reliable transportation, and an acceptable driving record (required)

Required Documents: Letter of Introduction (Please address your specific competencies for the position) Resume with detailed employment background and education. One reference must be from a past or present supervisor. Credential Copy (Valid CLEAR California K-12 Teaching Credential.)
