Job Summary

Job Summary

Under the direction and supervision of the assigned Cabinet Level Administrator(s) or designee, works independently under broad organizational guidelines to achieve objectives at the County and District level. Provides direct supervision of staff and/or others as assigned. The Director of Curriculum and Instruction will provide assistance to Districts in all levels of Differentiated Assistance (state level) as well as Comprehensive Support and Improvement/Additional Targeted support and Improvement (federal level). Implement Continuous Improvement practices in partnership with outside service providers and districts. Provide technical, consultative and planning services in the area of Local Control Accountability Plan development. This position is designated as a certificated management position and is part of the leadership management team.
