We are seeking a Full-Time Instructional Teacher Aide to support our educators and students across (TK) through 8th grade. The ideal candidate is a faith-driven, dedicated, and compassionate individual who enjoys working with children and assisting in a dynamic classroom environment. Responsibilities: - Assist the lead teacher in creating a positive and engaging learning environment. - Provide instructional support to students in small groups or one-on-one. - Help prepare classroom materials and activities. - Supervise students during transitions, recess, and lunch as needed. - Support teachers in classroom management and implementing lesson plans. - Reinforce school wide expectations and values in alignment with Catholic teachings. - Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance the overall educational experience. - Assist in other school duties as assigned to meet the needs of various grade levels. - Instructional aides may be asked to teach a lesson or lead a classroom project, and may be asked to substitute in a classroom on occasion. Qualifications: - High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or coursework in education preferred. - Must be at least 18 years of age - Prior experience working with children in an educational setting is a plus. - Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education. - Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from lead teachers.
