Job Summary

Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent/Designee performs a wide variety of complex and technical human resource functions in support of the district's classified and certificated human resources program; plans, coordinates and manages multiple complex human resource functions, including verifying various personnel records and data, salary placements, examinations, selection; provides customer service to employees and the public with responsibility and confidentiality.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal and state laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to human resource management. • Associates degree in human resources or related field or equivalent job related experience. • A minimum of four years recent experience in human resources, preferably in a school district/county office setting. • Class C Drivers License is required.
