Job Summary
Job Summary
The Special Programs Family Liaison works to support Mission Vista Academy students, families, and staff during the school hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Special Programs Family Liaison works closely with families and students identified as struggling academically, English Language Learners, Homeless, Foster Youth, Unaccompanied Youth and Low Socioeconomic students. Focused on students in priority groups who are struggling academically, Special Programs Family Liaisons will connect and communicate with staff, students, parents, teachers, and vendors to ensure students identified have what they need to be successful in their academics. Special Programs Family Liaisons will work closely with Director of School Support to assist these students and families. All employees are expected to follow the responsibilities and procedures as delineated in the Employee Handbook.
