Requirements / Qualifications

Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of customer service experience is required. Warehouse/library or relatable experience is a plus.

A virtual interview and basic skills assessment will be administered to all qualified applicants. A completed EDJOIN online application is required. Using Frontline, on-call substitute assignments are assigned as they become available and vary in responsibility, location and length of assignment. After this long-term position is over you will have the ability to only accept the positions that fit with your interests and schedule.
