Job Summary

Under the direction of the Faculty Dean and the Head of School, a part-time (0.4 FTE) Study Skills and Technology (SSTech) Teacher is responsible for teaching two sections of Study Skills and Technology to 7th graders. The SSTech teacher is responsible for ensuring that 7th grade students are equipped with the technology and study skills necessary to be able to participate in a rigorous college preparatory curriculum. In addition, the SSTech teacher delivers a health curriculum. Because of the nature of the course, a health credential is preferred. However, any teacher who has a valid California Teaching Credential may teach the course. Therefore we are accepting applications from individuals with all credential types including Multiple Subject, Art, English, History/Social Science, Mathematics, Music, Science, or Special Education, or World Languages. This job may be combined with other part time certificated positions available at PCS.

Requirements / Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) is required. A teaching credential is preferred. In addition, please submit:
