Job Summary
The Early Literacy Coordinator will equip teachers and parents with the tools and knowledge to support early literacy development. Key responsibilities include implementing the required Reading Screener for K-2 students, developing training materials for foundational reading instruction, and guiding intervention strategies. This role will work with the Curriculum & Instruction team to identify appropriate early literacy curriculum and partner with the Student Support and Special Education teams to ensure students receive the necessary support. The Coordinator reports to the Director of School Support.
