Job Summary
We have an opening for an early childhood education supervisor for the 2025-2026 school year. This person provides leadership for all early childhood development programs, including programming, professional development, budgeting, staffing, and evaluation. The full job description is attached. This position is on the management salary schedule. Based on experience, compensation for 209 work days is $80,025 to $112,552. There is a $13,000 contribution to benefits.
Requirements / Qualifications
This position requires the supervisor to possess the following qualifications: * Possess one of the following: child development program director permit, children's center supervision permit, or a current credential issued by the CTC authorizing teaching service in elementary school, or a single subject credential in home economics, and six units in administration/supervision of early childhood education/child development * Hold's a bachelor's degree * Completed 12 semester units or more of early childhood education/child development coursework * Minimum of five years' successful teaching in preschool or at the elementary level * Possess leadership and administrative experience
