The WRTP Case Manager – Service Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring Individual Service Plans (ISPs) to ensure participants receive the necessary training, workforce development, and support services. This role plays a key part in coordinating referrals, tracking participant progress, and ensuring barriers to employment are addressed through wraparound services. The Service Coordinator collaborates with internal WRTP staff and external community partners to support successful participant outcomes.
