Job Summary
Job Summary
• Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results for students. • Participate in IEP conferences, team meetings, SST meetings, and problem-solving sessions. • Provide individual, group, and family therapy as required by IEPs. • Support crisis interventions and assist in developing behavior assessments and intervention plans. • Integrate psychological services into the classroom and assist with academic and behavioral interventions. • Apply research to improve services and conduct program evaluations. • Contribute to school-wide initiatives to integrate social and coping supports in classrooms. • Offer counseling services to parents/guardians as needed. • Collaborate with external agencies to provide comprehensive student support. • Provide professional development for staff and engage in ongoing professional growth.
Requirements / Qualifications
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. • Master's degree and Pupil Personnel Services Credential • Ability to manage multiple cases and learn new systems (e.g., Welligent).
