This position is open to current PCI staff memebers ONLY, no outside applicants will be accepted at this time. The Sutter Peak Charter School Assistant Director will provide daily support to staff as well as assist in supervision and evaluations. The Assistant Director will facilitate student discipline and lead the implementation and compliance of specialized student policies. This position will work closely with the SPCA Director in the collaborative Sutter Peak leadership team.
Requirements / Qualifications
• A valid California Teaching • Possess, or in process of obtaining, a Tier 1 or Clear administrative credential preferred • Record of accomplishment of effectively implementing and leading program improvement process

Comments and Other Information
The Sutter Peak Charter School Assistant Director will provide daily leadership and direction to the Staff. Sutter Peak Charter serves a TK-12th grade student population across six counties, so the Assistant Director must be nimble when assessing needs in order to provide the appropriate support. The Assistant Director will work closely with the SPCA Director.
Pacific Charter Institute offers a unique instructional model serving homeschool and independent study students across 16 counties through Heritage Peak Charter School, Rio Valley Charter School, Valley View Charter Prep, Sutter Peak Charter Academy, and New Pacific Charters.
PCI offers full time employees a generous benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision and STRS for certificated staff. A 401k plan is available for ALL STAFF (including part-time) with an employer contribution.
