MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Possess a valid California Credential authorizing language and speech instruction; • A Master of Arts Degree in speech and language therapy; • Two (2) years of experience as a speech and language pathologist in a public school setting, including one (1) year of experience working with children birth to age 5 preferred. • Possess or obtain upon employment, a valid California Driver's License; • Meet the physical requirements necessary to perform assigned duties safely and effectively, including lifting fifty (50) pounds on an occasional basis and in excess of fifty (50) pounds with assistance. Employee will be a member of the State Teachers’ Retirement System (STRS) and may elect to be a member of the Mendocino County Federation of School Employees Union.
