Under the direction of a Senior Director, plan, organize, and direct maintenance and repair of District buildings, offices and facilities; supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned staff, perform other related duties.
Requirements / Qualifications
Any combination equivalent to graduation from an accredited four year college or university with major course work in business, public administration, engineering or related field and five years of responsible experience in maintenance and repair operations for a multi-site organization including two years in a supervisory capacity.
