The job of Transition Specialist is done for the purpose/s of developing work experience opportunities and meeting work education objectives for special education students to age 22; maintaining liaisons with internal and external business and organizations; developing and delivering workshops and trainings; and promoting transition programs. BENEFITS • Health & Welfare Package: A variety of medical, dental, and vision plans are available for employees working 20 hours or more per week.
