Requirements / Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS: To be included as attachments with your online application: 1) Cover Letter (addressed to Dr. Kelsey Brown, Baldwin Stocker Elementary Principal) 2) Resume 3) A minimum of three (3) current letters of recommendation 4) Detailed Copy of School Counseling Credential (must be current and reflect valid expiration dates) or university letter of credential recommendation date included 5) Transcripts – BA/BS degree and beyond
SELECTION PROCESS All application materials must be submitted online via Edjoin by 4:00 p.m. on April 11, 2025, or when 125 applications are received, whichever comes first. A screening committee will evaluate all applications, and the most qualified candidates will be invited to interview. Interviews are tentatively scheduled for April 22, 2025. The respective school site will contact selected candidates directly to schedule their interview. If you do not receive an interview invitation by April 22nd, please understand that your application was not selected for further consideration. Due to the high volume of applications, we appreciate your patience and ask that you refrain from contacting Human Resources for status updates. Thank you for your interest.

Fingerprinting: Employees will be fingerprinted at the time they are hired. The fingerprints are used to complete a confidential background investigation. All candidates with a record of convictions must indicate such in the indicated sections of the EDJOIN application. A record of conviction will not automatically disqualify an applicant from employment, but failure to list all convictions may result in disqualification or dismissal.
Tuberculosis Exam: Newly hired employees must submit a Mantoux Skin screening or risk assessment and certificate of completion within the past 60 days that indicates freedom from active tuberculosis.
