Job Summary

Serve as a general education multiple subject classroom teacher (upper grades) through planning and delivering instructional lessons aligned with the California common core standards. Teachers at Arts in Action draw upon resources from iReady, Bookworms and 95 Phonics to develop engaging and rigorous lessons. Teachers drive the mission and vision of the school forward by integrating arts into their classrooms and leading students to think about the social inequities in the world and inspiring students to enact change.
