Food Services - Head Chef Culinary Academy PCN# 250152 Under the direction of the Director-Food Service, plan, organize, coordinate, supervise, and participate in the nutrition service operations and activities at an assigned school or program; train and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel. Will assist the food service operation with day-to-day menu planning work and culinary oversight; support nutrition education for students and staff to ensure that all of the food served is of the highest possible nutritional quality; provide supervision and support to food service employees as assigned by the Director; and to perform related duties as assigned.
