BASIC FUNCTION: Coordinate and oversee implementation of effective and compliant state and federal systems to create and support strong and effective linkages across Pre-K – 3rd grades by aligning standards, curriculum, instruction and assessment. Some duties will involve access to confidential information concerning employer-employee relations. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS TRAINING, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination of education, training and/or experience equivalent to: a bachelor's degree in early childhood policy and research; five years of experience working within the public school system to design and support Early Childhood policy and practice; Masters or doctoral degree preferred LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Any combination of Early Childhood credential and/or Director’s Permit Certified CLASS observer Certified ECERS/SACERS Assessor Valid California Driver's License Employment eligibility will include fingerprints, tuberculosis and/or other employment clearance
